The service was top notch. The staff was very accommodating. Everything felt so personalized. Special thanks for Mira and her staff. They did everything to ensure we had a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. The 3 bedroom villa we stay in was really spacious and perfect for group travel. We could all lounge at the living room and private pool. We had a BBQ dinner at our villa and the setup was beyond our expectation. The food a good and the portion was overly generous. They have all day breakfast and tea but the selection is limited and taste is so so.

A very quiet location and wonderful staff always willing to assist in any way possible. The villa was huge, the bed comfortable and the pool spectacular. Having a free shuttle service to the beach and Sanur village was great, as was the free afternoon tea each day. The restaurant onsite offered a good choice for breakfast and dinners were also excellent. Thanks to Katouk who provided us with free cooking classes.

The service is absolutely outstanding. Can't speak highly enough of everyone that we interacted with The onsite restaurant Gong serves delicious food and is priced very reasonably. We loved the choice of either eating in the restaurant or having it delivered to our villa The free shuttle service within Sanur between 9-5pm is so helpful The spa services are amazing Breakfast is amazing

The breakfast gets delivered to your villa and the complimentary afternoon was always a treat. I have never experienced staff so friendly and service oriented. The location was a bit inconvenient as it wasn't in the center of Sanur. However, their drop-off service made our travel easier. The size of the villa was impressive, and both the exterior and interior were beautifully designed. The villa's professional services left a very impressive impression on us.
